Final sale and return eligibility
To help ensure every customer receives new, unopened products that meet hygiene and safety standards, Flow 7749 dietary supplements and food products are generally Final Sale.
Except in the situations below, we generally do not accept return or refund requests: you received the wrong item; the item was damaged in transit; or the item has a manufacturing defect.
We cannot process a return or refund when the product has been opened or used; the packaging or seal has been broken; the request is based on personal taste, preference, or other personal reasons; the expected experience was not met because of individual differences; the purchase was made in error, duplicated, or later reconsidered; or the request is submitted after the stated handling deadline.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective goods
If an item arrives damaged in transit, is the wrong item, or has an obvious manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the order number, photographs of the product, photographs of the outer packaging, and a description of the problem.
After confirmation, we will arrange a free replacement shipment, a product exchange, or a refund when applicable.
Request and contact
Email info@flow7749.com with your order number, product photographs, outer-packaging photographs, and a description of the issue. We ordinarily reply within 24–48 hours.
Handling costs
When the issue is caused by a Flow 7749 error, we will cover the related handling costs.
Refund timing
For orders that qualify for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days after approval. The refund amount is returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers commonly require an additional 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your payment institution.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment, it cannot be cancelled. Shipped orders are subject to this returns policy.
Applicable law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without affecting non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. If any provision of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
